Day 1: The Savanna Hike & Sunset (Hotel ➔ Sembalun Trekking Start ➔ Camp) Our team picks you up at 09:00 AM. After a scenic drive to Sembalun Village and a local lunch, we begin our Sembalun trekking adventure around 13:00 PM.
The trail starts with a challenge—a steep walk through the forest. But soon, it opens up to the famous Tanjakan Cinta (Love Climb), a beautiful grassy savanna.
By 16:30 PM, we reach the summit. While you enjoy the sunset and the cool mountain breeze, my porters will set up your tent.
We serve a freshly cooked dinner with the lights of Sembalun village twinkling below you.
Overnight: Camping at Bukit Anak Dara (1,923m).
Day 2: Sunrise & Waterfalls (Sunrise ➔ Descent ➔ Tiu Kelep Waterfall) Wake up at 06:00 AM for the main show.
The sun rises behind Sumbawa island, casting a golden glow over Mount Rinjani. This is the Rinjani viewpoint moment everyone waits for.
After breakfast and coffee, we walk back down to the village (approx 2 hours). Then, the adventure continues! We drive to Senaru to visit Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep Waterfalls.
Swimming in the cold, fresh water is the perfect “healing” after the hike. We drop you back at your hotel around 16:00 PM.
